Krachtige UV-Zuivering voor Hoge Debieten

De Luminor Blackcomb-HO 5.1 is een geavanceerd UV-waterzuiveringssysteem, ontworpen voor grote huishoudens en lichte commerciële toepassingen die hoge debieten vereisen. Met een capaciteit tot 150 liter per minuut (40 gpm) bij 30 mJ/cm² en een modulair ontwerp biedt dit systeem superieure prestaties, flexibiliteit en duurzaamheid – ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een toekomstbestendige oplossing.

Waarom Blackcomb-HO 5.1?

Kies de Blackcomb-HO 5.1 als je hogere debieten (25 gpm+), een compacte installatie of extra functionaliteiten zoals TOC-reductie en warmwaterbehandeling (tot 65°C) nodig hebt. Voor standaardtoepassingen volstaat de SO-serie. De geavanceerde controller met kleurenscherm en QR-codes biedt extra gemak en betrouwbaarheid, zelfs in uitdagende omstandigheden zoals lage UVT of regenwaterzuivering.

  • Hoge debieten: Behandelt tot 40 gpm (150 lpm), perfect voor grote gezinnen, lodges of kleine bedrijven.

  • Modulair en uitbreidbaar: Voorzien van een uitbreidingspoort voor toekomstige upgrades, zoals een UV-monitor of droge contacten.

  • Gebruiksvriendelijk: Kleureninterface met status updates en meldingen.

At AQMOS Waterbehandeling, we’re committed to providing you with reliable UV water treatment systems from LuminorUV, backed by strong warranties. As your LuminorUV distributor in the Netherlands and Belgium, we want to make sure you understand what’s covered and how to make a claim. Below are the details of the limited warranties provided by LuminorUV on their products.

Warranty Coverage

LuminorUV offers the following limited warranties on their products, effective from the date of original purchase or installation (proper documentation required):

  • UV Systems: 10-year limited warranty on stainless steel reactors.
  • Pool UV Systems: 3-year limited warranty.
  • UV LED Systems: 1-year limited warranty.
  • Electronics: 3-year limited warranty on ballasts and controllers.
  • UV Lamps, UV Sensors & Quartz Sleeves: 1-year limited warranty.

LuminorUV will repair, replace, or refund (at their sole discretion) any defective product or component within the specified warranty period, provided it is defective in materials or workmanship and meets all other conditions outlined below.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if:

  • The product was not installed or used according to LuminorUV’s instructions.
  • The product has been modified without authorization.
  • Non-original parts or components were used.
  • The product was damaged during shipping or due to environmental conditions (e.g., water damage, freezing temperatures).
  • The product was used outside of LuminorUV’s specified conditions.
  • The serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.
  • The water quality does not meet the following standards:
    • Hardness ≤ 120 mg/L (7 gpg)
    • Iron ≤ 0.3 mg/L (ppm)
    • Manganese ≤ 0.05 mg/L (ppm)
    • Tannins ≤ 0.1 mg/L (ppm)
    • Turbidity ≤ 1 NTU
    • Transmittance (UVT) ≥ 75% (50% for Low-UVT systems)

How to Claim Warranty Service

If you believe your LuminorUV product is defective and covered under this warranty, please contact us at info@aqmos.nl with:

  • Proof of purchase and installation date.
  • Details of the issue, including when it occurred.
  • Any other information we may request.

We’ll guide you through the process and assist with your claim. Please note that you must first contact us to obtain a Warranty Return Authorization before returning any product to LuminorUV. Products must be returned freight prepaid, and all required documentation must be included.

Important Notes

  • Legal Guarantee: In addition to this manufacturer’s warranty, you have rights under the legal guarantee provided by EU law. This ensures that products are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose for a minimum period of 2 years. This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Warranty Start Date: 
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as shown on your proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt or invoice, as it’s required to verify the warranty period if you need to make a claim.
